All our bakes come in pre-set box sizes such as 12, : 24, 36, 48, or 60 pieces of pure bliss. Planning

Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Boujee Crumbsy, every order is handcrafted with care and made especially for you. As our
products are perishable and bespoke, we are unable to accept returns.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on:
Perishable items (including all baked goods and desserts)
Sale items
However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately with your order
details and photos so that we can make it right.
Cancellations
We understand that plans can change, but due to the personalised nature of our products, we begin
preparing your order several days in advance from creating decorations to mixing fillings and
toppings. If you need to cancel, please do so at three working days before your chosen delivery date.
Cancellations made with less than three working days’ notice cannot be refunded, as production will
have already begun.
This policy helps us maintain our high quality standards, minimise food waste, and ensure every
order is as fresh and flawless as promised.

Please note we do not do same day delivery or deliver on Sundays.
