Do you offer same-day delivery?

Unfortunately, we do not offer same-day delivery. Orders are processed and dispatched as promptly as possible after confirmation. Estimated delivery timeframes are provided as guidance only and are not guaranteed.

Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver nationwide across mainland UK, excluding the Scottish Highlands. Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your order and location. Weekend delivery (Saturday) may be available for an additional charge. Orders may also be arranged for collection on selected dates from our site, subject to availability.

Delivery for bulk, corporate, or event orders is arranged separately and provided on a quotation basis. On-site catering services are also available upon request and quoted individually.

How will I know when my delivery will arrive?

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking email from our courier with your delivery details.

How long do your cookies last?

Our cookies are best enjoyed fresh, but they’ll stay delicious for up to 3 days in their original box, or up to 7 days if stored in an airtight container.

How long do your mini cakes and cupcakes last?

Mini cakes and cupcakes are best enjoyed within 2 days of delivery and can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 7 days for maximum freshness.

Do your items contain nuts?

Please note that all of our products are prepared in a kitchen that handles WHEAT, SOYA, DAIRY, EGGS, NUTS, HAZELNUTS, PEANUTS, and SULPHATES. As a result, all products may contain traces of these allergens. Please see our Ingredient and Allergens page for more information.

I’m sending a gift, will you include prices or invoices?

All our items are delivered with no price or invoice included, so do make sure you keep hold of any email order confirmations.

Please note: All orders are made in a kitchen that handles nuts, gluten, eggs, soya and milk, and other allergens, so traces may be present and cross-contamination is possible. We do not cater for food allergies or intolerances.

General Ingredients Information

All our pastries and sweet treats are handcrafted in small batches using quality ingredients. While each product varies slightly by flavour, our bakes commonly include:

Core Ingredients:

Wheat flour (gluten), salted butter (milk), unsalted butter (milk), granulated sugar, caster sugar, powdered/icing sugar, light brown sugar, eggs, dark chocolate, white and milk chocolate, caramel chocolate, Nutella, cocoa butter, cocoa mass, cocoa powder, emulsifier: soya lecithin, almond flavouring, cocoa powder, cream cheese (milk), vanilla flavouring, caramel, peanut butter, buttercream, syrup, fruits, colouring, cinnamon, nutmeg, lemon juice, biscuits (including Biscoff and Oreo), sprinkles, corn starch, whole milk powder, cocoa mass, marshmallow, corn-starch, baking powder, bicarbonate of soda, salt, water and yeast.

Pastry Fillings & Savoury Items:

Our pastries and mini pies may contain: beef, chicken, pork, vegetables (carrots, onions, cabbage, potatoes), herbs, spices, vegetable oil, sunflower oil.

Third Party Ready Made Items: Some of our products also may use other branded and non-branded products that are widely available on the market such as Oreo cream and cookies, Neo cream and cookies, Malteser, Jammie Dodgers, Kinder Bueno, Biscoff, caramelised biscuits, biscuits, edible sprinkles, edible pearls, spreads such as Nutella, biscoff spread, peanut butter spread, nut butter, chocolates chunks, chocolate chips, Marshmallows.

Please note that all products are made in a kitchen that handles wheat flour/gluten, milk, eggs, soya, nuts, and peanuts, therefore cross-contamination may occur.

Deliveries

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the following terms:

• Orders are processed and dispatched as promptly as possible after confirmation. Estimated delivery timeframes are provided as guidance only and are not guaranteed.

• We do not offer same-day delivery. Deliveries are not available on Sundays.

• It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that accurate delivery details are provided atcheckout and that someone is available to receive the parcel. We cannot accept responsibility for delays or failed delivery due to incorrect address information.

• If you are sending a gift, please ensure the recipient is aware of the delivery and available to receive it.

• Once dispatched, Boujee Crumbsy is not responsible for courier delays; however, we will liaise with the courier where reasonably possible to assist in resolving issues.

• If no one is available, the courier may attempt to leave the parcel in a safe place or with a neighbour. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels that are lost or damaged after being delivered to a designated safe place or neighbour as instructed.

• Our products are perishable; therefore, re-delivery is not possible and refunds cannot be issued where delivery has been attempted.

• Saturday delivery may be available for an additional charge. In the event of damage during transit, photographic evidence of both the outer packaging and contents must be provided within 24 hours of delivery for investigation.
