We understand that plans can change. Should you need to cancel your order, please notify us at least three working days prior to your selected delivery date. Cancellations made with less than three working days’ notice are non-refundable, as preparation and production will have commenced. This policy enables us to uphold our quality standards, minimise food waste, and ensure every order is delivered fresh and to the highest standard.
Due to the perishable and bespoke nature of our products, we are unable to accept return or exchanges. Please note that we do not offer same-day delivery and deliveries are not available on Sundays.
